What data we process

When you send a quote request through the form, we receive the details you give: your name, email address, phone number (if you give it) and details of the event, such as the date, number of guests and special diets. For diets we only ask what is needed to plan the food, for example “2 × gluten-free”. We process the same details if you email or call us.

We use the details only to reply to your quote request and to arrange the event. The processing is based on steps prior to entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries (EU General Data Protection Regulation, Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).

How long we keep the data

We delete quote requests within 12 months at the latest. If the request leads to an order, its details are kept for as long as accounting law requires.

Cookies and embedded videos

The website does not use cookies and does not store anything on your device. That is why there is no cookie banner.

Our videos are on YouTube. A video loads only when you press its play button. YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd) may then set cookies and process your data under its own privacy policy.

Who processes the data

We do not sell or disclose your data. The technical service provider for the website and the quote form is Netlify, Inc. (USA), which stores the details sent through the form and processes server logs (such as IP addresses) on our behalf. The transfer is based on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have incorrect data corrected or erased, and to object to its processing. Send your request to the email address above.
